Easy to follow and complete.
As always, this course was easy to follow and complete, but I must admit that I felt it was aimed more towards food retailers than teaching assistants or teachers. I would have like a course more specifically tailored towards staff who are simply organising and helping with cooking lessons in school, with more practical advice and fewer statistics.

Thorough and informative
Although I was aware of food allergy issues, this course explains clearly how to safeguard foods from contamination. It is useful for more than just the workplace.

BIT TOO LONG WINDED AND REPETATIVE

After 27 years in the food industry, it was interesting to take part in this exercise, however several elements, in my opinion, are open to interpretation and I would take issue with a couple of the answers to the questions. This may be a professional approach but having taught people to cook and run kitchens we all have slightly different views, not all of them are necessarily wrong!!
excellent course
This was an excellent informative course which shared lots of interesting facts about food allergies. Easy to understand and the test was quick and good as multiple choice.

This course is great and I would think it would be perfect for anyone as everything is detailed and concise so it was an easy pass.
