I really really liked the training,,I enjoyed each and every detail throughout the training as it creates awareness in food allergy…Honestly I didn't have any idea on how to deal with allergies but through this training I do. All thanks to the trainers and Good work

In food allergy awareness it helps us to understand how allergens are spread and how to control cross contamination

This training session provided good, clear information about being aware of food allergens and intolerances. It explained about the main types of allergens and the importance about being transparent about the ingredients that are in the foods that you are preparing and/or selling. It discussed cross contamination and how easily this can happen, plus the steps that should be taken to prevent any instances of this occurring.
