Very informative.
I kearn't extra things about allergens and pre packed foods. ( pizza and sandwiches). Allergens don't have to be on the packaging. Obviously you would ask if unsure and look for signs.
Intersting
Didn't realise was that many allergens around. Worth knowing and makes you think what we actually eat and take for granted can harm other people if we arnt aware of these allergens.

Excellent
Easy to follow and educational
An easy to follow and educational training package. Informative covering all areas needed to update me in this subject.
Overall a good coverage of the issue.
The training covers all the basics in a good amount of detail. It is my thought that some of the questions could be more relevant to the coal face workers. As a nurse with 40 years of annual training in allergy and anaphylaxis I would have preferred to see a couple of questions on how to recognise and deal with this (however I suppose this comes under the first aid training) instead of things like the percentage of people admitted to hospital with allergic reactions or which local authority body is responsible for monitoring compliance.
