It's a wonderful course.
I really appreciate the encouragement that's being given to us to be able to keep on top of the does and don't wherein food is concerned in our working environment . Taking in consideration that there are people who visit our establishments who are some times very allergic to certain things and all the necessary precautions must be taken to eliminate the risk of harming such person. I welcomed courses like this to keep me on my toes.
