Explanations of each module along with a choice to replay the video to make sure you understand
It's a good refocus.
Although we may feel we all know what we are doing, re doing the training is a good prompt . It makes you question your procedures and question the way you do things.

If you accidentally miss a question/ part you cannot see which part you have missed. You have to go right through it again until you find it.
