Clearly explained.
A practical , clear and well explained course. I found the section on the different types of sinks in the kitchen , different boards used in the kitchen, bacteria life and the use of foods such as an apple as a temperature control of particular interest.
I got a lot of knowledge.
I think this course I learn about how did Bactria and microorganism affect the food by the smell or tats of it , it is very dangers

This is an excellent level 1 course as an introduction to Food Safety and Hygiene. The course is broken down in to conveniently bite-sized segments. The interface is intuitively designed and boasts cross-platform availability.
