Good little course to do and a benifcial training program, Just got 1question wrong.But could query the question about heart beat anaphylactis as I believe your heart beat increases as well? But thanks for the courses

Really easy to follow
short but effective video clips, very easy to navigate and use even on my phone. Would recommend enjoyed the course.
