I had done this course many years ago. I felt it was very informative & a great refresher. This will help me in my everyday life & I will also be able to give my children an insight into why things should be done a set way. Thank you for the detailed insight.

I don't work in the kitchen itself,so alot of the course was irrelevant to me.
