Food hygiene is very important for your own safety and that of others.

Worthwhile and appropriate
Liked the fact it was not patronising and from the start was clear as to why there are things to learn and be conscious of. there is a sense in which sometimes these things can be just box ticking. I did not get that sense at all here.
Not relevant, some incorrect answers
The course was not relevant to my role, but – even more frustrating – some of the questions were wrong.
