Food Hygiene Level 1 Training Course Reviews

In one of the videos, while washing hands, the tap was left open for a long time without being use. This is wasteful. I would encourage updating this video. Cannot increase the speed of the videos. I usually like watching videos at 1.25x speed to save time. This would be a good feature. Given the environmental urgency, I think we need to rethink our reliance on single use items. These seem to be encouraged as part of this training. It is worth assessing the additional benefit of single use items and the opportunity cost.

it's nice and easy course to approach the food safety and the way a food handler should work. What I liked the most is that the entire course is composed by small sections and after every of them there is a small summary. It's so useful for those who never heard about food rules in the kitchen.

it's really well done, easy to understand

Overall the course was great. Very clear and easy to understand. The Transcripts were also great to have and would be really good to be able to download and keep for future reference. While it is good that you do not have to do this all in one go I think it is better to go through in one session and then do the test.
