Clear and comprehensive coverage of all the basic essential things you need to know if operating in a commercial kitchen. Videos were all to the point and providing further more detailed information in the side bar was useful too.

I enjoyed it as it was more common sense questions than anything so it made it quite easier but other than that it was a mediocre test.
