Good presenters, clear and presice
Course covered all the basics, everything one would need to know starting out in the food industry. The female presenters were good, easy to understand and the main points were highlighted at the end of each section. I liked that the course was divided into bite size pieces, making it seem a lot shorter than it would be as one chunk.
