I found the videos abit tedious to watch as some of the information was common sense but I am glad I have passed and have the certificate

Good

Very easy to follow and informative

Clear slides and videos. Very good presenters who gave clear explanations and didn't detract from the content. The 'check' questions throughout were useful, along with links to further information. The course was of an appropriate length. Certainly feel confident to put the training into practice.

Needs more allergy information

As a van driver it was hard to follow and somewhat unnecessary, But as a chef it didn't go far enough. When I did my certificate in professional cookery and subsequent diploma, cross cross contamination was the everything in a kitchen. Coloured chopping boards to no earrings or jewellery. Kitchen staff must be educated on the risk. And driver's should also aware of the risks. But some are just driver's.

Very straightforward and learnt a great deal at the end of the course.

I enjoyed doing this module. It was clear, concise and informative. I had a small problem when doing test as screen was very sensitive and recorded a couple of incorrect responses as I made a choice. I could not seem to cancel that so had to go back to beginning after doing a section of revision.
