I really appreciate your effort in articulating and compiling this training.

It restructured my ability to work in any food industry with the maximum boldness to know what next and follow organisational instructions.

I found the course easy to follow, the associated links were useful and relevant, The course length was about right. The information is relevant to my role.

Ive completed this course on more than one occasion. The course is read out at a speed which is too fast, considering all the content it wishes to impart. Too fast to be able to keep up and absorb all the information. This meant i had to keep rewinding the videos several times to take it all the information in. This course, that should have taken me 70 mins to complete, did in fact, take me hours! It's also clear to me that this course was produced as a "one size fits all" type of training course, as it was filled with unnecessary information, not applicable to my job role, therefore i feel it was something i should not have had to have undertaken. So, as such, i found this course very difficult to complete, due to its speed, length and crammed content. The last time i completed this training, i did in fact mention all this to my manager. But after completing it again today, I feel justified in informing him, that he will need to find another alternative to this course, for me to undertake in the future.
