should have been 5 stars
out dated answers, 1 answer of which says it's more hygienic to dry food with air dryer rather than paper towels. Its proven that air dryers harbour bacteria and they say it doesn't in this question.

I liked the course it did teach me a lot of things however at times I did get a bit confused as there were two different people in the videos
