Interesting, if very 'wordy'
A lot to get through and take in, especially some legal requirement terminology etc. Did get bored. A lot seemed bit irrelevant as where I am volunteering, we do not actually prepare food, it is all ready prepared, but having said that, I took some info away for home use!

Clearly explained and well presented.
This is a useful level 2 course to complete and it makes you aware of the importance of health and hygiene and good working practices. A good combination of slides, video clips and presenters and convenient that you can press pause when you need to.
