Very good overall. Please check there isn’t an error saying to bring hot food to 70C for 2 minutes in one place instead of 75C in another.. one set of questions seemed a bit confusing about surrounding comments in the final test. Once you press on an answer you can’t change your mind.

This learning course was easily explain & flowed well. Good points & the video kept the students interest. Memorable.

Found out some interesting facts

Better than other training I have had to take before, video’s could have been slightly faster but other than that good

This helped me a lot to see the main problems that goes on in the food source, this showed me how to do the thing the right way
