Course was informative and clear.
The course was easy to follow and covered the necessary topics in enough detail. couldn't actually complete the final test as I went back to reread info about a question I had got wrong and was locked out of the test. I had already passed by then but did not get to answer all 20 questions.

I really enjoyed this course. I found it to be very informative. It covers absolutely everything you need to know, which is so important when dealing with food and hygiene.

its good but could be better
it should refer to manufacturing food as to a normal retail restaurant as it started talking about coloured copping boards and that has nothing to do with my job roll, but all in all it was very informative!!!
