Thorough and quite challenging.

The course was thorough and probably more involved than I needed as a nursery practitioner, which is probably good. It took much longer than 70 minutes to complete. In the clip where the chef touches the taps he didn' t seem to wear gloves, I don' t think, and should have prepared vegetables before handling meat but otherwise I thought the course was very informative and quite challenging.

It was epic

The lessons was straight forward with 100% tutor explanation. I enjoyed every bit of the training. More skills is acquired. Thanks to all team.
