Very well presented information
I work as a kitchen porter in a voluntary role and found the course very relevant to my job. I would recommend the course to anyone wanting an introduction to Food Hygiene.
Clear, concise and informative. The training was very well delivered.
From the outset the training was very well structured and easy to engage with. Communication was clear, concise and to the point. Each stage was a manageable 'bite-sized' chunk, with good re-cap and questions. I would recommend iHasco traing courses.

A very insightful course
This course has helped me develop and learn about the importance of food preparation hygiene, the risks of food contamination and the knowledge and dangers of bacteria and germs in and around where food is stored and prepared.
