This is an excellent Intermediate Food Safety Course for Food Service and Food Manufacturing Operations.
The Course content provides an excellent introduction to the key aspects of Food Safety, and is proficiently communicated by the Presenters. The material, video presentations, illustrations and "pop-up" questions keep the listener/participant actively engaged as they are virtually instructed. The knowledge and information obtained does not only serve to increase food safety awareness, but raises some self-examination as to ensuring proper GMP's and safe food handling practices are executed in food manufacturing and food service establishments to provide safe, wholesome food for the promotion of public health.
