Overall the course covered a lot of information relevant to the importance of food safety/allergens and legislations.

As above, but wonder if a beard snood should be worn in a food preparation area?
Skipping videos you know
The course is as it should be, covering everything. I do appreciate having to listen to every unit when you're new to the trade. But I do feel you should have a skip button straight to the test for those that feel like they can pass it straight away as it's something they do day in and day out.
