Seeing as how in the past I used to work in this area – it raised facts that I perhaps would have forgotten if not for this short training session. everything was clearly spoken and laid out.
Simplistic, Repetitive, & inaccurate
Many points repeated to pad out what could be done in 20 mins to 40 mins. Over simplistic … "saving paper saves trees" … not when the trees are grown specifically to make paper. Also putting the paper into landfill then locks the carbon back up in the Earth.

It has broaden my knowledge and understanding of basic life support basically with the treatment of chocking and its signs, how to perform CPR for Adult, Children and Infants and Record Keeping.
