Easy to understand and to the point
Video format is nice for training and easy to use. The step by step format works well. The PIP and DDDD is good advice. The stress analysis questionnaire results were eye-opening. Good graphics and poignant video footage of office worker with photocopier and also actor footage.

It highlights how people with a disability can be stereo typed at work and in their social life .The way we speak ,act can have a massive impact on individuals
