This training is very outdated
This training is very outdated and the information it contains was no longer accurate or useful. Having it as a mandatory training does not make sense as any staff member's general knowledge should be greater than what is in the training at this time and the guidance surrounding covid is not correct.

made me more aware of the covid19
it gave me a better understanding of COVID 19
Easy to follow, clear but out of date
A simple and clear introduction with sensible practical infection control tips. But it is as at Match 2020, does not reflect current understanding. E.g. Govt guidance was updated in May when anosmia (loss/change to sense of smell/taste) was added to the list of symptoms. Might be better to signpost employees to the up to date Government/NHS guidance instead.
Overload!
Whilst the content is undoubtedly good, my depression and my PTSD meant that I was utterly unable to take in all of the information the course was giving me. I REALLY needed printed resources as well to supplement the (30!) video clips. A lot of the answers I gave in the test were guesses as I had been totally overwhelmed by the masses of information I had been bombarded with. ‚òπ
Helpful and concise.
A useful course in a nice, short, duration.
good to keep being reminded
Washing hands is such a common rule that is widely neglected. So it's paramount to remind the people to stay socially responsible, mainly because just a few would naturally take care of the others.
