LOVED that I could read transcript
Thank you for allowing me to simply read the transcript! I learn better by reading and it lets me learn at my own pace and review easily. It's hard for me to focus when I need to listen to a voice speaking continually. Excellent course with quality questions for the test.

Fair. Liked examples and liked having transcript available. A small negative: a local council doesn't deal with transport items, as in the bus example. This would be at county council level. Just slightly grating to a district or borough council worker.

Very interesting to listen to and informative. Personally prefer the courses with presenters )although I can understand the functionality of being able to listen to this on the go.)

Informative but Information Overload!
Complex subject which is hard to digest – one very long audio only recording is not indicative to retaining information. If visuals are not possible, perhaps break down the full content into smaller chunks of grouped information as separate recordings?
Audio only didn't really suit me
I much prefer it when key points are highlighted on screen along with the audio. The transcript was helpful, though, and all courses should have those.
