I enjoyed taking part as it was short, informative and to the point. There was a good overview of what was completed and what still had to be done. However, there were two questions in the test I felt weren¬¥t quite clear… If all public bodies are data controllers, then are the organisations that are data processors (such as software companies or shredder companies) also data controllers as well? Or are they not seen as public bodies?
