great and informative

very intense course. alot to take in, but very informative.had to take test twice but got there in the end and pleased with result.

It gives the information succinctly.

It is what it is: a course to train or remind staff about GDPR. It is all vital to the organisation and individual members of staff and there has clearly been an effort to make a relatively dry subject visually appealing and engaging.

very informative

learnt a lot today

Good course but flawed test/system

I was required to do this training for a casual job, but I have previously spent ages looking at GDPR for self-employment, including watching another training video. I thought this was far better balanced and the content is good. However, I thought two test questions were badly worded. 1) For most organisations at the current time, there's no significant difference between UK GDPR and EU GDPR; rather, there is a) *separation*: e.g. UK GDPR applies to UK, and EU GDPR to EU, with EU being treated as one area for data flows, b) difference in fines, with fines being expressed in £ rather than Euros, c) possible future changes as different basis for amending. 2) Data transparency is vital to ALL THREE rights listed in the question. For example, you can't object to how your data is being used if you don't know how it is being used. What the question was actually getting at was: if you follow the principle of transparency, which of the rights have you then largely taken care of? But this was not what it said. So I picked one (The Right To Object) and was told I should go back and re-watch the final section. I had no option but to do so. This is where I encountered a flaw in the training system. Rather than re-watch the whole video, I read the transcript. But then, I couldn't access the test. I was told that I'd have to re-do any sections that didn't have a tick mark next to them, but all three main sections did. So I wondered if I had to re-watch the Introduction. I did so, and I still couldn't access the test. I watched the Conclusion again; this didn't help. I eventually logged out, and logged back in again – and found that I'd passed the test!!! I also received an email to confirm this. Could you please look into this and figure out what went wrong – why I was booted out of the test and told to re-watch something, then given a pass without being told this? It was quite frustrating going round in circles, trying to complete something I didn't know I'd already completed.

Easy to follow. A lot of content
