Clear and straightforward.
Clear, simple language. In small chunks so can fit around other tasks (if needed). Good, short summaries at the end of each segment. Good to ensure a good base understanding for all staff.
The course is too long
Too long, and course should be more bite sized and compact, so it has the same input be less time consuming for the learner.
