very nice.

The course as stated above is very comprehensive, in that all aspects are covered for all those who are required to comply in one way or another. However, it may be due to my time of life where one may feel that either no-one can teach me anything, or do I want or need to undergo further training, but consider that some aspects might able to be side-stepped as many people such as myself a regional volunteer will likely never be involved in anything higher than a 'processor'. An example of being too comprehensive was applied to the training at the last National Census, whereby the enumerators in the field were not provided with the right level, as much of the work involved the use of a handheld phone/field reporting device, this aspect was only lightly touched on, therefore its use was lost, wasted time and perhaps data input was not as good as it should have been. Lot of info delivered quickly in an unvaried way. Reading the supplementary pdfs is useful but takes the time needed to complete the course to over 38 mins. However – clear explanations, good use of examples to illustrate points.

A good introduction to GDPR covering the key points that employees should be aware of. Nicely structured and presented, and relatively concise with a good use of workplace examples.
