Very confusing ambiguous use of English.
Took a few attempts to pass this, the language used is very confusing and there is a lot of room for simplication. Had an IT issue during it too, has the software been trialled on smartphones or computers?

I found this training was clearly illustrated and well explained.
not easy to access
just not a very interesting course and even finding the time to do involved me not being able to serve or answer questions at the branch to the extent that i thought i had completed the course on friday only to be told today that in fact i hadnt, so ended up just guessing the answers today.

Really struggled with this. Such dry material and difficult to retain what was needed for the test.
