Great course and explanation
The course was great. It broke a complex topic down into bite size chunks which were very clear and easy to understand.
Highly organized and straight-forward
The course is highly organized, and very well presented by the speaker/presenter. It is clear, easy to follow with the audio-visual presentation. I would suggest to add more short quizzes (multiple choice and true/false) to test knowledge and comprehension, at certain lessons. Overall, the course is excellent, 5 -star.

The course is relevant and the Annual reminder to complete is a good refresher to keep you advised of any changes and things you may have forgotten

Too long
I would prefer to be able to read the info than have to listen to someone talking at me, not all relevant and this took over 40 mins end to end.

The test section was locked
The content of the course is fine and a helpful update. The practical usability of the course is very poor. I completed the entire course on two occasions but the test section remained locked. I contacted our HR who asked for this to be unlocked, but it remained locked. I had to ask again and then the test was unlocked, this took a long period of time and many emails to rectify which is a waste of working hours.
