Concise, only told us what we needed
GDPR is very difficult to explain and describe to everyone, regardless of their level of knowledge, expertise and interest. It was well done.

This course in necessary for the correct storage and processing of our clients` information, as well as for the protection of our personal data. Correct storage and processing and/or subsequent transfer of personal data must be supported by the 7 Principles of GDPR UK, namely, lawfulness, fairness and transparency; purpose limitation; data minimization; storage limitation; accuracy; integrity and confidentiality and accountability.
Need skippable videos
I have to do this every year and so it would be good to be able to skip the same videos and go straight to the questions. This law will not change that often.
Difficult to maintain engagement
Hard to maintain engagement with a Talking Head. More visuals would have helped. Even a simple CLICK ON THE IMAGE to access another part of the recording would have helped. Consider offering the option to playback a x1.5 speed – helpful for those doing this as revision. It was good to have summaries of key take-aways at the end of each section.

Clear but dull
A lot of the same talking head – could use better visuals. When extra materials are mentioned – would be good to know how relevant/important they are. Obviously the course is one size fits all, but it would be good if it could include something about our company GDPR policy.
