i thought this was a great piece of cpd. easy to log in and use, and explained and communicated at a good speed and explained well . thought the topic would of been boring but it wasnt and i think this was reflected in my ability to answer all the questions. would certainly recommend to organisations thinking of purchaseing

For a difficult subject i found the comparisons referred to very helpful and helped me remember. ie do not leave stuff around on desk etc, how would you like it if personal photo was left for everyone to see

The lecture was long and complex which I understand, but I had to do the test a number of times – I found the questions hard to interpret.

Clear and concise no overly excessive unintelligible jargon
Quite intense
I found there was a lot of information to try and absorb. I appreciated having the opportunity to try the test a second time as I hadn't appreciated how tricky the questions would be.
