Course was good and informative, however for people who switch off easily it is maybe a bit too much talking and would be better if it was a bit more interactive throughout. For me it was fine but I know people who will stop listening because they have a short attention span.

This dry and often boring subject was presented well with eye catching graphics and essentially a presenter with an interesting range of vocal expression. A good speaker. So often monotone people are used for such a presentation. Well done.

This was a useful course which was clear informative and easy to follow , it was presented well at an appropriate pace .

There is too many details to take in here in a busy office environment when people keep interrupting you – during the 38 minutes, I had to stop the process 11 times to answer other queries within the office. Would be easier perhaps as a lunch and learn session.
