Basically a Chain of Command idea
I thought it was a pretty basic Chain of Command kind of concept but feel that it could perhaps have been presented in a clearer manner.

I found the course insightful and very well structured which helped with understanding the content of the course a lot faster and more easily.

Flow diagrams were helpful and the way the information was cut into small segments made it much easier to follow and retain the information.
