Easy to understand in bite sized chunks
Speaker was quite clear in his examples but if I had not previously had company specific training might have been a bit more difficult to see how it related to the specific scenario.

Second time (along with PowerPlus) to do online awareness training in this style of delivery. Interaction with a person, even on film, is a welcome change to staring at a presentation full of slides
