Clarity
It might be useful to stress the need to access the additional information links before completing the test as I failed the module first time around because I did not pick up on some information contained in these links.
Interesting and helpful
The course is very well put together. The videos also help us to understand the informations better.
Relate to job role
Really good info re date protection and use. Pretty clear how this relates to marina based customers and critical for office staff to understand. Perhaps though some job specific examples would help other marina staff identify and understand their direct role and responcibility in handling customer data.
