Complicated subject, well broken down
Complicated topic with many sub-sections to absorb. Well presented and broken down to make it easier to understand. Using examples is an excellent way to bring the subject across – would have liked a few more practical examples taken from day-to-day life to explain certain sections even better.

Nice-looking video-based training
High-quality visuals. Appropriate depth/length. Two suggested improvements: 1. Allow the user to playback the videos faster than in real-time. 2. Allow the test to be taken at any point. The 'forcing to view content before doing the assessment' model is increasingly outdated because it is unnecessary. If a learner can pass the assessment at any point, they don't need to waste their time going through the content. This is about robust assessment design (in which any training company should be proficient).
