Relevant and well structured
I have done GDPR training in the past and this was the best one I have experienced. My only criticism was the presenter spoke a little too quickly and I sometimes needed to recap. In addition, I had some IT issues, which were laptop related, which affected the flow. I have not reflected this in the score, but I needed to review the slides more frequently.

Difficult to remember the terms
GDPR consist so many terms that not easy to remember and also confusing.
Good overview
As a general member of staff it was a good overview of what GDPR is and why it matters.
Accessible and comprehensive training
Initially daunted as I do not like being tested on technical matters, but content was clearly explained and in digestible chunks. There was a test but the questions were fair and straightforward. Much preferable, and effective, to do an online course than spending the time and effort to 'get someone in'
