One serious flaw
One point of serious concern Рdefinition of Personal Data does not quite align with GDPR Art.4 (1) "‘personal data’ means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’);" That means the data itself does not have to be identifying the person, but only related to the person. Consider example of Special Category (Health) data Рsuch as data subject has HIV, this in no way identifies the person, but is hugely significant data. The definition of personal data given is that of the US system of PII (Personally Identifying Information). It is radically different. This definition is not changed between EU and UK versions of GDPR.
