Short video clips in sections makes the training easy to undertake and carry out in a number of sessions if time is not available. The videos are appealing visually, and easy to understand.

Lots to take on board
I found it interesting but also alot to take on sometimes it was to much to hear and process before the next slide, also it made me feel nervous when answering the questions as they sometimes made no sense.
