simple to undrestand
the training videos and additional notes is effective for all audiences. i personally had moments were i could not understand what was being said and in reading the notes an questions. that is my personal situation. normally i would find this simple and easy to understand, completing in few minutes.

These courses are absolute torture…
These courses are absolute torture I dread the time I get the endless emails to have to do them again, please to let us play the damn videos in one go then answer the questions and not have to click a million videos endlessly…I can’t even listen or look at the people in the videos without feeling a sense of dread and I nearly smashed my phone doing the last one as I got the answers wrong too many times and I had to retake the test….
