Concise yet thorough clear and informative and the test was fair and realistic

Liked – simple and concise, diagrams helpful and the visual scenarios (ie reference to looking after someones dog!) liked the summary and repetition of key points at end of each section. Could be improved – delivery style , same person a little boring at times , more visuals case studies
