Good and thorough training
This was a well-structured and well-delivered training course. The pace was about right, and the links to supporting material were useful – as was the transcript. Not the most exciting of topics, but thanks for making it as painless as it was !
Straight forward and useful knowledge
I thought this was a good course. It's a bit boring but the subject matter is boring, so that's okay. The course was short and to the point, providing the information I needed. So no complaints.

It was so educational. I was not in any way aware that I could request; erasure for instance. I have learned how one should protect data at desk.

A good test for memory.
Well thought out and a good test of memory because questions are mixed up the second time round if pass was not achieved first time.
