Well presented course
I have a thorough understanding of confidentiality where data processing is concerned and much of this course reinforced that knowledge. However, a good deal of the content would be more relevant to colleagues in a managerial role.

Very informative but simple and straight
As above. Each topic within what is a complex piece of legislation, was explained simply and easily using understandable English. The webinar followed the legislation explaining the terms used and the reasoning behind the rules. A useful webinar.

Clear, concise and well projected video.
The video was very clear. The presenter projected the content well and the supporting documents were also useful. I would like to refer back to the documents in the future, as there was quite a lot of information to read through and digest. Thank you.
