it just felt never-ending
Your courses are generally good, clear and exhaustive, but also lack engagement/entertainment and make it really hard to keep focused on the clips. They are really long and boring, and the fact that the page refreshes whenever your click on the next slide somehow lengthens the whole process. I am genuinely sorry for the bad review, but it truly does feel like a punishment having to do them regularly.

I am a volunteer who makes cups of tea.
This course was totally unnecessary for a volunteer to have to do as I have no computer access or access to any personal data. I can understand having to do food hygiene and safe guarding but cyber security and GDPR are definitely not necessary

I thought it was efficient and interesting to have the video divided into small 15 segment and it was easy to understand such a technical subject!

Easy to follow and understand
The course has an easy-to-follow flow and it does not overwhelm you with information. I liked the questions at the end of each section which helps you to recall/review the information you've just learnt. Good use of examples to break down the meanings too.
