Concise and to the point
This course acted as a good refresher to the previous training done on GDPR. It was relevant and a useful summary of key points needed.
It was very helpful.
I think there is a lot I can take from this training as data protection is becoming more important to many businesses.
Content improved from last year – had to think about it more. Same with some of the questions.
Improvement from last year – the questions at the end of (some) sections were more challenging. You had to think about the answers – However we could have done with a few more of these. Asking a question you have to think about and is not totally obvious from the previous content, helps consolidate what you have learnt. Yes/no questions rarely achieve this. Equally the multiple choice questions at the end were slightly more challenging than previously.
