Monotonous
Just having a person speak at you is not very engaging, previous courses we have done included short animated videos, this made it more interesting to watch, they also included more humerous elements. These course also take quite a bit of time out of the day.
Very good
Some really interesting areas were covered on the course, especially on Safeguarding. I liked the style and layout of the information and the questioning on the various subjects.
Easy to follow, useful information.
The course was a good length and easy to follow. The areas covered were clearly explained and their usefulness to my work was obvious. The course had a good amount of useful information without overload.

Data protection is so important.
I found this difficult. Not good with anything to do with computers. Especially laws and regulations.
