Overall not too painful an experience!
A lot of information to take in, would have preferred questions at the end of each section rather at the end of course. The back function would have been more use if it were slide by slide not the full section each time. As we have no decent audio having to hit the subtitle button each section was a pain, on or off for the duration would be better!

Clear and informative
The people spoke clearly making them easy to understand. The training was informative. The visuals kept it interesting. It was beneficial to be able to go back to previous sections. The extra information in blue was useful. The summaries were very useful.
A good course with ample detail about GD
Lots of clear information which was communicated clearly, showing the importance of data protection to comply with current legislation

for me as an HR officer who is responsible for making surveys and processing data, it was very important to meet the GDPR standards, ICO , Rights of individuals and main principles of data protection (lawfulness, fairness, transparency). this unique course (which you can't find it anywhere) helps to redesign my procedures in my job to make it much effective.
