Excellent and non patronising packages.
Here recently were three on line training opportunities which were highly user friendly and pitched about perfect, in time, content, taxing (these were not meant to be just informal joy rides but serious stuff!) and thought provoking. I feel I am the better for those sessions even where coverage was reaffirming the obvious. But the obvious is worth reiterating. Congratulations to all concerned with these packages and I would be more than keen to participate again in the future. HW

I missed a handout with the key information to retain and remind me at later date.
Useful information
I think the information is very neatly presented in a way that is easy to understand. Graphics/video helped a lot. Although the information is not entirely relevant for me, it was good to learn about it in general.

Data protection is an essential organizational procedure that assures staff and client a high degree of confidentiality and build trusts in the process.
